LABOR LAW POSTERS

Ohio Posting Requirements poster: This poster, updated in 2007, combines five Ohio posting requirements: Ohio Fair Employment Practices Law, Ohio Minor Labor Laws, Ohio BWC Rebuttable Presumption, Ohio Smoking Ban and Unemployment Compensation Coverage for Employees. Ohio Minimum Wage poster, which changes annually, is provided as well on a separate poster.

Federal Posting Requirements poster (also available in Spanish): All six of the Federal posting requirements are   included on this poster, updated in 2005. Included are the OSHA 3165, USERRA, Federal Minimum Wage, Employee Polygraph Protection Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Federal EEO Law.

contractee’s certification & construction contract exemption certificate (updated 2001)

The certificate consists of two forms designed to assist contractors in complying with Ohio’s sales tax law. Copies of the certificate can be downloaded from www.agcohio.com and are free of charge.

WAGE RATE HANDBOOKS
Information on Ohio's construction trade wages, fringes and labor contract conditions. Complete with maps and text clearly identifying the geographical jurisdiction of 19 construction trades throughout Ohio.
The manual comes complete in a two-inch, three-ring binder for easy removal of old and insertion of new data. All manual owners will receive computerized updated information, quarterly mailings to keep the book current.
Initial Cost: $100
Yearly subscription cost: $60 (to cover the cost of handling and mailing of quarterly revisions)

CONSTRUCTION SPANISH BOOKLET

This 120-page pocket-sized booklet provides translations in English and Spanish. It is specifically geared towards construction and includes common terms, safety messages, emergency information, and more.

OSHA CODE BOOKS; WHAT EVERY SUPERVISOR MUST KNOW ABOUT OSHA

The OSHA Standards for the Construction Industry (29 CFR Part 1926; updated January 2006) contains the OSHA safety codes for the construction industry and is a valuable tool to have on all jobsites.
